RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
This Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy (this “Policy”) provides for the terms in respect of returns, refunds and cancellation of your order. By ordering products from this website, you consent to the terms of this Policy.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
- You can cancel an order at any time up to dispatch, by calling our customer service or raising a cancellation request on this website. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded if you cancel before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched by Gussa India Private Limited (“Gussa”), it cannot be cancelled.
- If Gussa suspects any fraudulent transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using this website, your order(s) may be cancelled at our sole discretion.
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances which may impact delivery of order(s), Gussa will contact you within 2 business days to action the issue.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we will not accept any returns/replacements unless the product is unopened and in the same condition as received. Only in the case of wrong or damaged product delivery, the order will be eligible for refund as per the scope of this policy. Request for return/replacement must be raised within two (2) days of order delivery
REFUNDS
- Your order will only be eligible for refund if the product is broken, leaking, puffed or expired, which renders the product unfit for consumption and/or use.
- If your order qualifies for a refund, you have to raise a refund request within two (2) calendar days of the delivery.
- Relevant proof/ photographic evidence will be required to be provided along with your refund request. Gussa will not be able to process your refund request without sufficient proof.
- If the order is lost or undelivered to your delivery address within the timelines prescribed in the Shipping Policy, Gussa will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within [7-10 business days] to the original mode of payment.
- While we take care and exercise due caution to deliver your product(s) in the best possible manner, there may be times that you may receive the product(s) with minor dents or scratches. It is hereby clarified that minor dents or scratches including slight indentations or creasing in a shipping carton, which do not render the product unfit for consumption and/or use, will not be eligible for refund.
- You understand and agree that certain food products may require specific storage conditions and you may be required to follow certain instructions as mentioned on the packaging of the product. You are required to adhere to the same so as to enjoy the product in its best form and prevent spoilage or contamination. It is hereby clarified that products stored or used in conflict with such conditions and instructions shall not be eligible for return, replacement or refund.

POLICY IMPLEMENTATION AND REVIEW
The Policy will be implemented and reviewed by Gussa from time-to-time. Gussa reserves the right to amend, abrogate, modify, and rescind/reinstate the entire Policy or any part of it any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website. The continued use of this website following the posting of any such modifications to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes. If we make material changes to this Policy, it will be notified here that it has been updated.
